Simple Plan only seem to write depressing lyrics if I remember rightly.
Although, I havent listened to them in a while.

Coldplay songs don't always have depressing lyrics, it's just Chris Martin, his voice is so droaning, it makes the songs depressing.

Most/all of simple plans lyrics, welcome to my life, im just a kid, jump etc etc.
ummm what else? Coldplay trouble, and im sure theres loads more but my brains dead right now.
