ok so i purchase credits and put in the wrong e-mail adress cause it was prob a typo and i didn't notice. so what happens?!?!? I GET FRIGIN BANNDED OFF THE HOTEL THATS

You are obviously missing parts out, they don't ban you for stupid reasons like that.
And if they did do it is obviously an error, use the habbo help tool.

callie? bad rep? what? this is the truth! the hotel manager giving me bad rep? i mean...oi i might as well have 0 rep points instead of two. callie its true i swear and in case u need to know my habbo hotel accounts tomboy1000 so its in your records and the ref # is 145868. i am bannded for this! and it must have been my typo or something. check your records!

They have given you a ref. number, so email them about it, explain the story and make sure you quote the ref. number.

You should then be unbanned.

As Carlos says, write down the reference number so when you do contact them you can provide them with it.

it does say on their credits page, anyone caught trying to buy credits without sufficient funds will be permamently banned, but i never thought theyd actualy do it! :o
