Basically yes.

All I recommend is cleaning your bed if you have an accident and if they ask why say it was sweaty and put your underwear in the middle of the washing pile so they won't be seen when cleaned.

A wet dream is not the result of a sexual dream, it just happens, to make sure you can ejaculate. Sperm isn't actually produced, it is just the liquid which the sperm travel in. Not every boy has them, some boys have them regularly, some boys have them occasionally and some boys, like me, never have them. But I still know I can ejaculate properly ;)

It won't leave a huge puddle of it in your bed, it will just get on your boxers, so better make sure you wash your boxers and your...self.
