So urm.. Habbox.. I kinda suggest you modify the copyright notice on the bottom of your page? Just because you didnt actully create the template.

Now ill sit and wait for my ban for doing something that you dont want people to see.

OMG how many times must I explain this for goodness sake I must have said this 3 or 4 times now,

Zach W created the original Vbulletin 3 Halloween template for this, unfortunatly I and a few other admins hated the template as it looked too bland and I can say it wasnt his best attempt, it was difficult to read certain things and Black Vips would have had a small issue. I asked zach if I could use his images as that was the only thing I liked about it and style a default 3.5.x temp for my needs and he replied saying it was fine,

BTW there is no copyright notice other than Standard Vbulletin 3 Copyright which is in the footer of the forums if you take a look so I dunno what you are on about. Its been mentioned in the original announcement that the most forum images were from an outside source. Before you go and make a random thread about something you should really read what is said.

To the idiot who said that, THERE IS NO COPYRIGHT NOTICE FOR THE TEMPLATE ANYWAY, and even if there was IT WOULDNT MATTER AS IT IS CUSTOM MADE BY ME FROM A DEFAULT TEMPLATE!. The only thing which is copyrighted to ZachW is his ghost images and certain orange buttons Which I asked permission to use, all else is copyrighted to Wayne_J or Me and maybe some other admins.

Anyway what makes this a skin is the several modfication from the standard Vb white skin, Zach Woods' images/graphics, foxmoth, wootzeh's, Kroziun's, wayne_j's and my images/graphics along with the template modifications we made.

Secondly, dispite the fact youve lost your tempor, and possibly the one who bad reped me, judging from it, athogh this still dubitable, if you read what ive said, i havent actaly accused you of ripping, or anything else that matter. Ive simply stated to facts, on the website stated there is a copyright notice on the bottom right corner, just as there is on evey board skin previable there, and that that is more likly what there refering to since its ovios its not the VB defult copyrights as unless vb is far c****r than i thogh thay woulnt be removable from the skin.

And secondly, A skin is just a few lines of css codeing, ad an orange here, and grey there its done, maybe change a few images as well, it still aint that hard "/ And also if you caird to read thuther you may have noticed in context it was in deffence of habbox, that the layout was a simple modifciation and that would probaly look like any other modifed theam, or at least simlar, and shoulnt therefor be copyright, myself lineing it to those who ad little tags to javascipts a moneky could write with ease :rolleyes:

That would be SKINING and Vbulletin Skins are all based on templates and MySql anyway :s The vbulletin files is just the processing side of it, to modify the file wouldnt mean you would be skining it would be changing what the forum does to process things, If you open up the vbulletin files in dreamweaver of something then you would see thats its all PHP code and no design and anyway where did the talk about coding a forum from scratch come from? :s

Yeah anyway just for future references I dont bad rep because I disagree with someones opinion.
