I puked

Blah last night at like 2.30am I puked :(
I felt fine and was asleep then i somehow got up.
Then i puked LOAAAAAAAAAADS.
It went all over my bed and my mattress and it like soaked my whole bed!
Then my mum was like moaning coz I puked and I was like it aint my fault!
I hardly EVER puke but last night was horrrrid.
And today I feel like a peice of dog "bobba"
Any advice on how to feeel bettttter.

that's, ermmm... really nice! Lay in bed with a hot water bottle, and sip glasses of water. My mum makes me eat toast with nothing on it when I've been sick, so hopefully I'm not sick again. Hope you get better!
