Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I'm not sure, but if it needs moving, please move it.

Anyway,

As you may well know, I've been waiting for my password to be sent to me for approximately three months now. I've attempted to reset it a while ago, and recieved nothing still. I was off habbo for about 6 months, tried to get on it three months ago, forgot my PW, and tried to reset it. I didn't think much of it as I was off habbo a bit, and have been for a while, but recently I won a habbox competition and has encouragde me to go on. I am using my different account now, and I have put some furni in my main ac**** room (the stuff I won). I then did the help tool on another email, yesterday, but still recieved nothing. Maybe it's just because it's the weekend? Hopefully it'll come tomorrow. Anyone else havaing problems?

I just reset mine and got it no problem.. it's definetley something up at you'r end mate...

Like they've said, check your junk box, or check your email isn't blocking habbo emails altogether...

Are you sure you'r still using the same email, for instance can you enter competitions etc. with your email and name? :S

For me, it never worked with hotmail. So I now use GMAIL.

Reset it again and check in your junk mail mine goes there, you will only recieve the message on work days, they don't work on week ends it will come monday,

I've also been having problems, it due to AOL.
I have contacted them four times, once with live help; it's a server fault and it was ment to be dealt with three months ago.

When i reset mine i get an instant reply and it goes to my junk box and thats with using hotmail :s
