I need help urgently

i need to know what these phrases mean and how much pain someone would be in roughly on a scale of one to a hundred if a child of 9 had them. I then need to know how much pain a child of 9 would be in if it had all these problems at the same time over 6 months untreated

Acute gastric perforation
Chronic gastro-interstinal obstruction
Congenital malrotation of the gut
- Degenerative neurometabolic disorder, mucopolysaccharide storage disorder phenotype

dont worry ive just been told she would of been in so much pain that you couldnt put it on a one to a million billion scale

The human body will just pass out were it to exsprince to much pain or disconfort as a natral deffence mechonism, so im doubtful of the bottom statistic.
Athogh most of them are to do with t****d air, and colageage within the digestive track, and i would think to be highly unconfatble, advice would be to simply se a doctor "/

cant really go see a doctor shes been dead ten years. i was just wondering. these are just the things on her death certificate i was warned many years ago that whats on her death certificate is a very very small amount of the things that were wrong with her.

I imagine getting a hole in your stomach so you cant eat was pretty painful but then to have it rotting inside her.. thats a whole new level of pain
