He means don't go to wizards tower because you'll die. You will only die if you are a low combat level.

dont be rudy to him his just new i remember when i was like lvl 20-30 those wizard kept killing me because i was wearing armour maigc hits really hard on armour just remember that and if your going there at a weak level remember to take ranger armour instead
