Reform took control of the outer Liverpool council in May, winning 33/48 councillors up.

Looking at the local rag comments on social media, this is going down very well indeed. St Helen's council area is one of the most deprived areas of the country, and yet they were splashing taxpayer cash on this. This is the common sense policy I adore.
