right we all know about this lab-18 stuff all the new rares etc (if not i will get screenie later) anyway if you search the name of that "saki.alhazred" you find a few rooms that look like a quest to me and with all habbo quests there's unseen rares which were in lab-18 so there you go.

rares that were there from my memory (its pritty bad tho :P) were alien artifact # 3007 (green smoke machine and 2) black monolith doors (2) red and orange fans (2 of each) and 4 lerts :S
bit slow ..
if you actually done the quest you would have the password and would be able to get into the rooms etc and completed it by now :)
