It's easy to do, you need a camera. I think it's been posted before ? I'm not sure though.

its easy :)

1. get your camera out
2. Start dancing (rollie)
3. take a photo
4. may take a few tries but in the end your arm will go weird
5. face diffrent ways for both arms
