Violet Parasol - 1HC - UP - Many rare traders are offering one Club Sofa or Two 0.5s for a violet parasol. Seen 3 times.

Orange Parasol - 3.7HC - Down - I have seen an orange parasol sell for 3.5 two times and 4 hcs once.

Disco - 0.5HC - Down - I have seen rare traders sell their two discos for a hc sofa a couple of times but no one really likes the disco sign and it is slowly decreasing in value.

Throne Sofa - 4.3HC - Up - I have seen the Throne Sofa sell two times for four Club Sofas and two times for 4.5 Club Sofas. I have therefore put the throne sofa value in the middle of these two values.
