I can't help you with the form, seeing as you didn't specify what you need.
Also, I don't see a purpose in "no right click" Javascript - but you could probably find a good one on http://javascript.internet.com
You can't have layout or Javascript on Piczo "/
Cutenews you need PHP and the ability to CHMOD your files.
