Lol Cool I done it at lvl 50 Urgh Had a right Problem:

I forgot teleporting runes,
Didnt bring melee Only range (was 50 range at time),
Had 35 agility.

Can i start the quest whenever or do i need to wait for messenger?

You need the messenger he appears a hour or so after quest, well mine did =)
