How do you get to 'new' place?

Goto relekka go west inside fremmy village and you'll come to a little harbour take the second boat the west and talk with the dude there, he'll say do you want a boatride to waterbirth island aka: "new place"
I think you can do it even if you haven't complete fremmy trials quest

If you comlete fremmy quest, you get free boat ride, if not its like 1k per trip
