If anything, a trading section would be good, but not really needed in my opinion.

I think you should make a trading, buying, selling runescape forum and a a talk about anything BUT buying selling and trading.. :)
Why tips and hints? There's a "Uesful links" thread, with links to websites that tell you all the tips and hints you would need to know, the forum would just be regurgitating information.
To be truthful, there's a steady number of regulars of this section, it's not like hundreds come and post a day. The only real reason others post is to trade habbo for RS or vice versa, so a trading section would probably be good.
Anyhow, I hope that made sense.
Amagawd .. Insert chatbox ^.^ for Runescape xD. And Put like Habbo , no advertising ^.^
