To cut down on fat, hold back on the Parmesan, as well as creamy sauces like carbonara, opting for a plain tomato sauce instead. Authentic Indian cooking is quite low in fat but western influences have created more dishes that include high calorie creams and oils, including the nation¿s favourite curry, chicken tikka masala.

When ordering a takeaway at weekends no one really pays attention to the fat intake as they dont really care, all they want is a day a week where they dont have to cook or eat something the partner or parent cooks to make them healthy.
Its a very good guide but Id preffer to take in the fat once a week rather than be cautious 24/7.
And even then why would I really want a lasagna on a weekend to take away the beer. :D Kababs do that ;)
