Hello, what does Remembrance Day mean to you?
No disrespect or anything but it means nothing to me as i dont no anyone who died in it.
not alot really just a day where you buy poppies nd stand in silence at 11oclock
yeah but rip and all
70% of people won't know someone who was involved but that doesn't mean you shouldn't care about it. If it hadn't have happened like it did you might not be here today, or you might be speaking German.Quote:

My grand-dad fought in the war, I believe. He died :(
I wouldn't know of anyone who really fought in the war, unless one of my great grandads or grandmas :s I still think about what happened though, respect those who fought for there country, they deserve it.
It means alot to me. I didnt until i went to Beligum + France a few weeks ago. It really puts into perspective how many people died fighting for their country. It was really upsetting to see.
My great great grandad died in the first world war so it's always meant alot to me.
But even if he hadn't of I'd still do all the things I do do for 11/11 because its important to Englands history and culture <3
to me no offense to some but its 2 minute boredom
