Hi, sorry but for a job at the help desk you need to be recommended by 2 different members of full staff. If you are recommended twice by 2 different staff then you will be asked for an interview. You can get recommended by being at the help desk alot, especially when it's busy, and showing that you're friendly and helpful. :)
