Me and Mohwar was pking when we came across a Lvl 18 wearing full rune, with rune scimmy and rune kite.

Umm.. I think thats impossible. Havin 40 attack and Defence, with probably around 30hpish.

Now I look at it, I dont think he had rune scimmy.
