In need of template for my site

Can somebody please give me a layout for my site for free.

i need

Orange/Yellow - Theme
Yellow/blue - scroll bar
<iframe> - layout
Roughly About 5 boxes
Banner Saying HabboStyle With A hc habbo sat on Throne on 1 side and on the other side a hc habbo playing the dj deck basically banner layout like habbox's.
Nav box Drop Down. With Buttons :
in this order Home/News/Staff/Job Openings/HS Radio/Radio Shoutbox/HS Forum/HS Help Desk/Fansite Links/Fansite - Vote Us PLeasee.
