Actually it is png if you right clci kthe pick and go save as its auto name is soemthing.PNG. Its a good alt but i think you could of done a bit more and the colour of it doesnt really go with the wall. Il iked the idea so 8/10 :8 Keep alting i know you'll get better.
Next time try different colours and more details :P

i like that a lot cept for the really dark thing at the bottom right :( it kinda kills it

yeh , becaus its quite dark it degates the habboness of it, so it would be good just to tone it up abit :D
