no it cant hit other players and they will get it and you cant get it free..
you can get it for free if you've bought one and lost is as long as all of it has been lost not just a few parts... cannons are unable to be set up in the wildy anyways so :p
I tryed it and i set it up in wildy but my friends couldent take it. Then he killed me with in in my invent and the guy wouldent give me a new one. Now we are trying it to c if it will work if i got killed by a NPC.
it wont work.... sum dude died at steel dragons with 1 and it didnt work
you cant set up cannons in wildy.
