Grand Designs - Hiring

As owner of Grand Designs, I am looking for web designers and coders. From clients you will get payment.

If you design a site you will get 30%
If you code a website, add scripts, and set it up, you will get 60%
A futher 10% will go to myself for th upkeep and charges for the website.

I am looking to buy a domain name when I get funds restored on paypal.
Before that, I'm creating and setting up a new website.

I am looking for people who have experience with web design, coding, and script creating.

These people will be the main profiteers from the website.

We shall be making custom made temapltes, and ready made temaples.

Custom layouts are to be sold for around £100
Ready made layouts are to be sold for around £25

These are to be code, scripts added, and the website set up and updated monthly, or the owners can update freely.

I will be looking to sell around 20 minimum custom tmapltes, and around 20 minimum readymad layouts, starting January

You will get paid from myself for each layout.

You wont nessesserily need to code it. You can dsign it, and someone else can code it, or visa versa. So if your designing skills are good, but your coding poor, or visa versa, then no proble

Can I ask for advanced coders and advanced designers of my standard minimum to apply. I know most of the ''advanced people'' on this forum, so one example will surfice

wow them prices are expencive it must mean your good :)

Some of my templates in the past have been estimated to be sold around £150, Some, only £60

I know this may see expensive, but I will be targeting E-Commerce audiences.

This does make sence, and hopefully money
