Im ill </33

Yer, my belly kills, my tempretures right up, I keep being sick, and my rse keeps exploding </33
Yesterday morning i felt rough but i just thought i had a hangover, then in the evening i just started spewing and stuff, i was up nearly all night last night cos i kept being sick and rushing to the loo.
I cant eat or drink anything without spewing, i sent my uncle to the chemist and they gave him some tablets to help with diaroah...
Im reaaaally dehydrated, what can i drink without making me spew *we have no bottled water and the tap waters still funny* Please advise me... <3333

Ive been throwing up all night to, I darent eat anything but Im drinking warm water and that seems to be helping

Could be alcohol poisoning or you've had to much and you can't handle it that happen to my friend lmao he had to have a belly pump at the hospital

Dunno, when I was sick Mum gave me some apple/grape juice & it helped.
