I am guessing a type of form which sends you the answers to your email. Unless people have made a private "Admin Only" poll for Member Systems.

I have a feeling you can't code in php. If you could why make this thread and why ask? Any good coder will do things themselves. Just admit you can't do php, what could happen? Nothing ;)
i can do php , i am making one now with mysql aswell
Then why ask us? Admit it, Your a 12 Yr old who has no idea about coding....
What aspect of mysql are you doing? because i no which 1 it is
