Tell her to go to world 66, in full zamorak robes, to have 27 spare spaces in her inventory with the other one being taken by noted essence (good to have at least 50k if she wants a beneficial session) and also to have a law tiara equipped on her head as she will be going through the altar quite alot, hope this helped :)

Strize, start at Draynor.
Take off all equip, store in bank.
Take amount of ess they want you to.
Go to Port Sarim.
Talk to Monk of Entrana (on the dock part)
Go east, across a bridge, then north (to law alter)
Trade the crafter, get your laws/ess and go back to Draynor.
Store laws/ess and repeat =]
