Can you name some things you might want included and a name that stands out?

-A Layout and template That would stand out.
-A news system i reccomend Fusion news
-A forum A good one, icould Help you Out with this one

And basic ones rare values ect have a look around other sites.

Hmm, depends what the Site will be Like then You sort of Just like Get a name come into you're head, What would be catchy and would get visitors attention.
