Day of the Habbo Clone Part 2

This is but one of my Day of the Habbo Clone series...

Working in my casino late one September night; I noticed that in two hours, no one had played at all.
"Hmmm," I say to Tynan, my dog, "I think we'll close for tonight."
I was about to pick up the dice, when a Habbo walked in. A HC, by all accounts Rarez was (only a codename!) and he walked up to the counter.
"I'll bet this," he says, passing me a lodge gate.
I spun the dice...
"Hit," says Rarez.
"Bust," said I.
"Ah well," Rarez said coolly, "I was actually looking for a Moderator trophy."
"Hm..." I say, not really interested.
"I'm offering quite a bit for one, if you have it. 8 thrones, to be precise."
This made me pay attention; but regretfully I admitted I did not have a trophy written by a Moderator.
"Just looking," says Rarez, and he leaves the room.

Not long later, a young Habbo walks in. You can tell she's new because she has a fairly tacky hairstyle and awful clothes.
"Hi," she says, "I'm new to Habbo."
Didn't need a genius to see that.
I really wasn't interested. I had half packed up my dice, and was about to head out, when -
"Any offers for my Moderator trophy?"
Who said that? I looked around. A sleepy grey-haired Habbo sat at a table...only this Habbo remained. (Let's call her Stats) She had said it!
"I'd have to see it first," I told her.
"Okay," Stats replied.

The minute I saw it; I knew this was the one. It had "To Habbo, nicely done :)" addressed by "Moderator."
I quickly messaged Rarez, who had given me a f.r earlier.
"I have a trophy. May I see your offer?"

I left Stats alone in her room as I looked at what Rarez had.
Thrones lined the walls...petals sprung up for carpet...dino eggs decorated his room.
I was fairly rich myself; but this was astronomical!
"I'll get it," I replied, and left the room.

"1 HC for it," I told Stats, whom I knew was new.
"Okay," she agreed, and then goes to trade it...
..."Hang on," she says, "My friend's offering 9 HCs."
"10 then," I say, changing tack instantly.
"Okay," she says again. "Here it is..."

Suddenly I had a flashback...Stats...coming it as soon as Rarez left...a Habbo that suddenly had a Moderator trophy when I desperately wanted one...a NEW Habbo.
"How did you get such a valuable item?" I asked, hoping to convince myself.
"My friend gave it to me."
At the time, I was honestly a fairly new Habbo with a lot of furniture. I'd used Habbo for six months, but I never encountered the value of a normal, but Moderator trophy.
Why would her friend give her such a valuable item? I wondered.
"Rarez," I messaged, "DO you want to trade."
"Yes," came the ominious answer, as if he'd been waiting, "Do you have it? I g2g soon!"
If course, the old scamming method; hurry them along.
"Bubbles," I say to a Habbo who has come in five minutes ago. Bubbles is on my list and I've known her for a while. "What do you think..."
Personally, for me, this story had fallen short just a minute ago. But Bubbles agreed with me, and suddenly...

Pwack. If such a noise could be made.

Out went Stats.

Kicked. Gone. Forgotten.

And Whooosh. In came Rarez. "Got it?" he asks sweetly. "Sure Rarez," I reply. "I've got it for you."

Pwack. If such a noice could be made twice.

Pwack, Pwack. It must have been about 10-15 Pwacks before Rarez stopped coming back. He hadn't given up on such a potential 'buyer' that easily. But eventually he let go.

So what do YOU think? Should this have been my lucky day, or just a scam, using a Habbo Clone? I've been on for two years now, and I have never regretted my decision.

{Edit} - I aplogize that this is not an Outside Habbo Story but I felt it was to some quality, and there was no other Habbo Story places to put this. I hope you all enjoyed this :) Please tell me what you think.
