Doesn't fighting other monsters decrease the chance of getting barrow items?
But still, that rewards ownz! I mean 1974 little golden coins just by killing the brothers and 4 monsters!

it increases the chance.. you have a kill count at the bottom the higher it is, the more likely u get barrows

Jagex confirmed that killing the other creatures doesnt get you a better or worse prize.

Kill Count - 6 [From brother]
Kill Count - 400 [From brothers and other monsters]

Just as much chance as getting barrows.

but the higher your kill count the more runes u get
