What magic level should i start pk'ing at?

What magic level should i start pk'ing at? Im 41 atm but i dont know weather to wait till 50+?

You should pk now if your gonna do wind blast. Im doing wind blast and it's well easy to kill them although im lvl 28 not 34.

Oh you're gonna be great at that lvl, On my old acc. I owned people with Fire Strike XD
