Ranged training

Hi, just wondering if anyone could give me an advice. I'm struggling with what to train on 60 ranged to 70.

Any tips are much appreciated!

Iron arrows, Red drag hide and go to Fire giants

lesser demons
uhh
ogres in king lathis place
and erm

fire giants maybe

30k bronze arrows=waste em at latahs training ground ;)

Fire giants requires a quest that I can't do.

I'm kind of pure you see.

Greater demons ^^ better xp then ogres or fire giants.

You can do it, just dont complete it, just stop when you get the ammy

What quest is it to access Lathas's training field?
