It's not scripted, as you couldn't stand in it.

Edit: May be Scripted like the Habbo trophies in his 'Newsbox room'

He's the only non-Habbo Staff to own one... Quite a big deal comapred to most the rubbish posted around this forum.

You can make solid scripted furniture, but yeh his is real. :P
