Yes, on 9 of 10 readme's or docs it's described :)
...That made no sense. It doesn't describe how to install it.
the read mes usly ither tell you to run a install program or give you a long list.
in files bla
find
bla bla
and under it put
bla bla bla
etc. ?
or at least the ones ive seen say that, well not the bla bit but along those lines. id check theres not another readme, for some reason some of them have 2 or 3. readme.txt readme.html . etc
This one has a "Read me" but, I don't understand it. Here it is:
****FIRST THING: Upload 'installcolordb.php' to your boards folder where 'index.php' is,
and run it.****

so all you do it upload it into ur forum folder and then go to www.domain.com/forum/installcolorb.php then follow wot it says then delete itQuote:
