I've seen almost all the Alterations and stuff and they're all great. But I need help.

I wanna make some Alterations but I don't know how. I think there's a program to make them.

But what's the program called? =\

Sorry, blind people can't make alterations. People with vision would clearly see the help section of the graphics category.

Anyway, yeah i think the best program to make alts is MS Paint, thats what i use to make alllllll of mine! =D
