Seems like some kind of old 80s cordial
I think it was like made in the 70's 'cause my teacher was on about how Hippies but this acid stuff in Kool-Aid then sold it to get them high and everyone was like "Whats kool-aid?" So she brought some in its power and you ad alot of sugar& water to it
