My signature seems to always be streching the page even if I dont have anything on it, its always bothering me because whenever I want to "align right" my signature, people cant see it because it goes off the other side, can anyone help? give tips on what to do? thanks.

Have you indented it?
Highlight everything in that box, whether it is all spaces or not; Then enter whatever you want. mk.
