How to register a complaint

I want to complain about a ban i received about 8-10 months ago.
I have contacted habbo hotel through e-mail 8 times
I have contacted sulake through e-mail 2 times
I have phoned 2 times
No hobba's really give a damn [Nor moderators for that]

What else can i possibly do. I have a fair case. It wasnt even my fault?!

Maybe try calling Sulake one more time. If it was 10 months ago... they may not be able to help out :S Sorry
