Nice, but there's a few points I could pick up on. Make the border actually go around the picture, not just into nothing. (The 1px black line) And it looks silly when it is above the character's head. Make the border go behind the character's head and leave the head sticking out. ;)

I like the idea but i've never seen anyone look like they're meditating on the seat of a motorcycle. His legs should be down by the pedals.

I don't think there is pedals, i think it is meant to be like a scooter where you twist the handle thing and go :)
