Is the one at the front new?
If the oval shaped thing on the guy's back (Far right) is a backpack then it needs work on getting it to go across his back but if its like.. A pole its alright.
I like the head of the guy at the front - His mask and such. There is a random black pixel on the far right guys left leg.
I think your at the level where you could practise more shading on your alts.
Like instead of the main colour of clothing and 1 colour of shading have two colours of shading and provide shading around cltohes and stuff.
Ill show you an example of the front guy shaded more.

I shaded his shirt and vesty but not his emblem. I probably should have done a bit more shading in the bottom left corner of his vest.
This shading will help you give a more combat effect.
