I uploaded all of the cutenews files wrong into public_html, it replaced some files and now index.php wont show; I get this error:

What do I need to do?
P.s all of the other pages show fine..

P.s all of the other pages show fine..
take away the first / on the /inc/functions and it may work if not that means it cant find the file.
