I've had my lip done in 3 places, the first time I did it in tech ed, and the other 2 times I did it at home in my bathroom :) I had 3 spike studs along my bottom lip. I liked it, but I got tired of people calling me goth, emo, sceene and freak, so I took them out :(
get your tongue done, then hope something goes wrong. =D
Personally, I don't think you should have any of them done. They just look wrong, specially on girls. If you're a girl??
