RadioPanels Dj Timetable error

In php my admin i uploading the sql text file for dj panel but i get this can any 1 help:

You have to create the table before you insert anything in to it.
And that table has to have the colom where you want what your adding to go.
Use phpmyadmin to check thats all there, as somthing like that missing is most likly the problem :)
