Help me with my buttons

How can i improve my buttons? Ignore the bullsyes :D.

:Dchange the colors.

Make them more like 3d i dunno im crap at designing?

What to? Also do you like the layout? Also bevel them make them inset outset or just leave them as they are?

:D Its an ok layout, i dunno for color somin tht looks good (gradient), i dont like it as a layout because theres too many of these style layouts, the graphiky layouts, and the big sides are over the top.

Oh lol they are too big? I can make em smaller :D.
