Layout Needed - HNFM

I need a layout like www.habbofm.co.uk . Im willing to do anything you need but really need it for www.habbonewsiefm.net.

I can make you one, im pretty good with Habbo layouts, I can code in tables [where the expand] and am good in designing the layouts.... What would you do for it though?
