Attention All PHP coders | Help Needed!

Ok guyz...I need a script that sends information from a form into a log file, like habbox......for a radio request system.

If any of you can do this please reply as i have no knowledge of PHP,

So you want a request system that shows the request on a webpage with the date and time of request sent rather than it going to an email?

thats EXACTLY what he wants, lol, i can maybe make it, i dunno :s

www.spoono.net has good tutorials on this sort of stuff. Btw, dont use flat files, use MySQL if possible, its ALOT easier, by miles.
