one one my mate who i havent spoke to for a while is a mod i known his for like 2 years and i saw him come online we spoke and hes a mod he was made around last month

and he was one of my mates from a school hes only lvl 71 :S but i seen lvl 3 player mod

the only powers they have that have a use are to mute people and to get there reports read first - nothing really..

my friend from schools a mod and he was level 79 at the time..

P mods are nothing special, they just annoy Jagex by reporting every 10 seconds...Have you actually seen some of the inbreds that are made P-mods?
