It's possible at 60 combat.
And we really need a quests sub-forum...

coz ya need to cast most spells etc; air, water, fire
I took a ddp, about 9 prayer pots, some runes, tele runes and the rest was sharks.
I bought chaoses, full rune and a d long. No prayer pots, 2 lobbies needed.
