As i said to you on msn, i'm not to keen on the banner and navigation banners a bit to big and i don't really like the image, and the nav is too small and clear.
I don't like the writing at top or the blue banner everything else is superb :D.

too white for me.
and the nav seems a little plain should maybe do opp colours lighter grey or something...

As I've said on MSN, I'm not very keen on it, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is that I dislike. Although I have said:
Round the corners
Use a more suiting banner
Its ok, but i dont really think its too good, its a little.... plain
Dont like the big blue picture, Its just empty and wasted space, maybe just makeing it shorter would help, but at moment it looks quite ugly
Nice if you used rounded corners, banner is a bit crap.
