Nope just say something like "I didn't do anything I must of been framed by somebody" to your parents. If that happened to me thats what I would do :P
It's illegal, so they could be taking legal action against you
They won't be taking legal action. They can't press charges as the racism wasn't directed at them, and I doubt the person will bother to do anything.
